I have been shopping with you for about 6 months. I recently tried another website, and had an extremely poor relationship with them. Not only did they wait a week to even process my order, but I did not receive the product for more than 3 weeks. I will always order with you and you have never disappointed me. I have many dogs and what I just ordered from you was for one month. Thank you for being so professional and dependable

Question from Jacqueline Resendez

Chow, age 2 1/2 years

Just recently my dog Yellow’s paws feel dry and rough. The front paw pads look like they are cracking and feel like rough sandpaper. She walks fine and doesn’t seem to be experiencing pain, but I am not sure if this is normal for outside dogs. Is there any type of lotion for dogs that moisturizes her paw pads or treatments available. Please help, I don’t want it to get any worse. Thank you for all your help!

My dog has an itching problem. I use medicated shampoo with no results. I think she has dry skin and no lesions. I can use 1% hydrocortisone spray for temporary relief. I give her fish oil caps occasionally. Any suggestions?...??
