Question from David Humphreys
Some one drop off a lab and well loving dog. We think she should not be any more then 9 months old. How can we see if she has been fixed or not? Also she has some black on she tong.Could she be mixed with another breed, she has all the map of a full lab. Thanks lot for your site and help in the past.
Our Vet Says:

You can only be 100% sure if your dog is a Labrador if she has a pedigree and a chip. The chip must have a number which corresponds with the number from the pedigree.  If your dog has a pigment on her tongue that does not mean your dog is not a Labrador .

My dog has an itching problem. I use medicated shampoo with no results. I think she has dry skin and no lesions. I can use 1% hydrocortisone spray for temporary relief. I give her fish oil caps occasionally. Any suggestions?...??
